TERMS OF SALE AND PURCHASE
DEPOSITS I do not have a waiting list nor do I chase up potential buyers. The "puppy buyers's form" is just that, a form for people
who have already decided to buy a Cranlamila Puppy. Completing and submitting it alone will not see your name
included on any type of waiting list, nor will it see me
contacting you when pups are available. The only way to be included on a buyer's waiting list is to send a deposit.
If you are serious about buying a Cranlamila Labrador puppy I will accept a deposit of 50% of the purchase price for a pup to be reserved.
No puppies are reserved unless a deposit is paid. The order I receive deposits
determines the rank order of my buyer's list.
DEPOSIT REFUNDS When you place a deposit concerning a particular sex of pup from a particular litter I will refunded the deposit
only if the requested sex is not available or I cannot provide a pup from that litter. It is not refunded if you change your mind
or decide to buy elsewhere. A deposit may be carried over to another of my litters, at your discretion, if a puppy of the requested sex is
unavailable from the litter you first enquired about.
PRICES for pups as from 2 April 2008 are:- Chocolate females by Baxter as pets - $1500, Chocolate males by Baxter as pets - $1300. All other chocolate
females as pets - $1300, All other chocolate males as pets - $1000

I always have first pick or picks from any litter and ultimately have the final say in who gets which pup.
Other breeders will get second and subsequent pick/s from any litter regardless of when their deposit is received.
Any buyer who wants to breed in the future will only be sold a puppy after first providing me with proof that they are members of the canine
controlling body in their state and that they have a current breeders prefix. Buyers new to breeding (that is not established,
known Labrador Retriever Breeders) will not receive a main register Royal New South Wales Canine Council pedigree for their pup until they
provide proof of the pup's hip and elbow score and it's current eye health status.
All pet buyer's pups will be registered with the Royal New South Wales Canine Council on the limited register and they will receive a pedigree
marked "NOT TO BE USED FOR BREEDING".
Pups will not be released until all money that is owed has been paid in full, including any freight costs.
